Jersey Mike’s Subs plans to raise up to $1.09B through a U.S. IPO. The sandwich chain plans to sell 13.78M shares of Class A common stock as part of the initiative. The company has set an IPO price range between $21 and $25 per share, reported Yahoo! FinanceFull Story

And lastly, Domino’s Pizza reported quarterly revenue which edged past Wall Street estimates, but same-store sales hit a one-year low with a 0.1% increase during Q2. The company noted its supply chain revenues rose on higher order volumes from stores and a 2.2% increase in food-basket pricing, reported CNBCFull Story
