More About Howard Dorman:
Howard is the National Sector Leader for the Mazars USA Food & Beverage Group. He is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of approximately 20 professionals serving 250 clients in the F&B space at all levels of the supply chain, delivering advisory, accounting and tax services to   importers, manufacturers, distributors, exporters, food service, retail and restaurants, including franchisors and franchisees.

Howard’s more than 40 years of experience, 35 as a Partner, includes strategic planning for privately held and family-owned businesses. He assists clients in obtaining all types financing/equity, navigating complex merger and acquisition procedures, and managing facilitation issues. Howard helps business owners formulate effective succession and exit strategy plans that are consistent with their personal and professional goals.

Howard is a leader in the F&B community, responsible for the F&B Forums that are hosted throughout the year by Mazars USA. These events attract over 400 C-Suite executives and provide a central hub for networking and best practice sharing. He also oversees the annual F&B Survey as well as the quarterly newsletter “Food for Thought.”  Howard has a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
