In a survey of 600+ independent, full-service restaurant operators, 89% expressed optimism about using AI for tasks like price optimization and inventory management, reported QSR.
And lastly: New research points to a link between diet and lung cancer. When researchers at the University of Fla. fed mice a high-fat, high-fructose “Western diet,” the amount of glycogen in their bloodstream increased and their lung tumors grew.
