MìLà, a Seattle-based dumpling company opened up in 2018 to rave reviews but quickly had to adapt to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic by launching a line of frozen dumplings and reopening their shop. Since November 2020, the company has sold over thirty-million dumplings.
