Sydnee Breuer is a veteran executive in the Los Angeles commercial finance industry, with more than 30 years of experience in factoring and alternative financing. Victoria Ho is the founder of Sherpa CPG, a consulting firm which helps emerging food and beverage brands scale meaningful ideas into memorable, retail products. Her approach to innovation draws from her experience as both a brand owner and as a consultant to other brands from solopreneurs to multinational operations teams. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Specialty Food Association and is a member of (included), a collective of BIPOCC founders and leaders in food and beverage CPG who work to amplify and advocate for the long term success of diverse voices.
