Upper Saddle River, NJ (February 23, 2012) On March 16, six representatives from the China-based Hunan Science & Technology Department will visit The Food Institute headquarters in Upper Saddle River, NJ to increase their understanding of the United States' food safety system, including the inspection process and changes currently being implemented under the Food Safety Modernization Act.
